Are you an official government department?
No. Jan Seva Kendra is an independent service assistance center. We help citizens properly fill out forms, compile documents, and navigate complex online portals. Final approval and issuance of any document are strictly done by the respective government authorities.
How long does it take to update my Aadhaar Card?
Our form-filling assistance takes about 15-20 minutes. After submission, the official UIDAI process generally takes anywhere from 3 to 15 days to reflect the updates.
Can I send my documents via WhatsApp?
Yes! For simple tasks like printing, ticket booking, or checking the status of an application, you can send documents directly to our WhatsApp number. However, for new applications, bringing physical copies is safer and recommended.
Do you charge a fee for your help?
Yes, we charge a nominal assistance fee for our time, internet usage, and expertise in form-filling. This is separate from any official government fees that might apply to your specific application.
What happens if my application is rejected by the government?
If an application is rejected due to a documentation issue, we will help you identify the missing document and assist you in reapplying or submitting a correction at a discounted assistance fee.
