Required Documents Master Checklist
Make sure you have valid copies of these common documents before applying for services.
Important Instructions for Documents
- Always bring ORIGINAL documents to the center for scanning.
- Photos should be recent, passport size, and taken against a white or plain background.
- If sending via WhatsApp, ensure the photo is clear, readable, and all four corners are visible.
- Name mismatches between documents (e.g., Aadhaar and PAN) will cause rejections. Fix Aadhaar first.
Proof of Identity (PoI)
- Aadhaar Card
- PAN Card
- Voter ID
- Passport
- Driving Licence
- Ration Card (with photo)
Proof of Address (PoA)
- Aadhaar Card
- Voter ID
- Electricity Bill (Not older than 3 months)
- Water Bill
- Bank Passbook with photo and address
- Rent Agreement (Registered)
Proof of Date of Birth (DoB)
- Birth Certificate
- SSLC / 10th Certificate
- Passport
- PAN Card
- Marksheet issued by any Government Board
Special Services Documents
- Income Certificate: Salary Slip, ITR, Self Declaration
- Caste Certificate: Father/Relative Caste Certificate, Land Record
- Scholarship: Bank Passbook, Admission Receipt, Previous Marksheet
- PM Kisan: Khatauni, Bank Passbook, Active Mobile Number
